Which is better canon s95 or canon g12?

G12 cost $100 is heavier has more physical button but dial ring like s95 has, s95 is a winner in my opinion, s95 will do slight better in low light than g12 due to faster lens, but g12 has flip screen and a bit more zoom. G12 is about the size of some M4/3, which can't match photo of them, so s95 is more idea.

The important specs of the cameras are identical. same sensor, processing, etc.

The G12 has a swivel screen, a flash hotshoe, more bulk, and a heftier price tag.

If you don't need the swivel screen or hotshoe, get the S95 and pocket the extra cash.

The s95 is magnificent. although the g12 and the s95 being the best of the best in canon's line of compact camera's.
