Why are the oven carrots burnt?
I put olive oil on a aluminum foil and place it on a cookie sheet. I coat the potatoes and carrots with olive oil at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. I even tried to lower the heat to 400 degrees. why are the carrots always burnt? what am I doing wrong?
potatoes take longer to cook than carrots this might be the reason they burned.
